1. The product

The Full Report is a one-time digital product: a personalised eligibility dossier comparing your quiz answers against the visa and residency pathways in our dataset, delivered instantly in your browser after payment, with a print/save-as-PDF option. The free verdict requires no payment or account.

2. Price and payment

The price shown at checkout (€10 unless stated otherwise) is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe. No subscription is created and no card details are stored by us.

3. Instant delivery and withdrawal

The report is delivered immediately after payment. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. You may exercise any applicable right of withdrawal through our permanently accessible online withdrawal form; the voluntary 14-day guarantee below also applies regardless of the legal basis for your request.

4. 14-day money-back guarantee

If the report isn't useful to you, contact us within 14 days of purchase via our contact form, using the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. What the product is not

The report is research, not advice. It is not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice; it does not submit, prepare or guarantee any visa application; and it is not a substitute for the official government sources it links to or for a licensed professional. Figures are approximations current as of the dataset date shown in your report, and immigration rules change without notice.

6. Acceptable use

The report is licensed for your personal use (including sharing with your household and your own advisers). Reselling the report, or systematically extracting or republishing the dataset, is not permitted.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the product is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
