The short version

No accounts, no ad trackers, no data sales. Your quiz answers are kept in your browser and sent to our Netlify function only to calculate the requested verdict. We also receive data when you pay through Stripe, request your verdict by email, or contact us.

What we process, and why

• Quiz answers — stored in your browser's local storage and sent to a Netlify function to calculate the free verdict you request. If you buy the report, a compact copy travels inside the Stripe checkout session so the paid report can be generated after payment (legal basis: providing the requested service and performance of a contract). They contain no name or contact details.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and the email you entered at checkout, used to deliver support and refunds (contract). See Stripe's own privacy policy for their processing.
• Email address and messages — if you use the "email me my verdict" form, your address and verdict are sent through Resend to deliver that email. If immediate email delivery is unavailable, the request is stored through Netlify Forms solely for manual follow-up. Contact and withdrawal submissions are also processed through Netlify Forms; a withdrawal acknowledgement may be sent through Resend (contract or legal obligation, as applicable). No newsletter is sent unless you explicitly opt in to one.
• Technical logs — our host Netlify processes standard server logs (IP, user agent) to run and secure the site (legitimate interest).
• Web fonts — pages load fonts from Google Fonts. The browser sends Google the technical request data needed to deliver them, including IP address, requested URL, browser/operating-system information and referrer. Google Fonts does not set cookies through this API.

Retention

Browser storage stays on your device until you clear it. Quiz answers sent for assessment are processed to return the verdict and are not added to a customer account. Stripe payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Contact, withdrawal and temporarily queued verdict-email requests are retained in Netlify Forms only while needed to provide the requested follow-up, handle a refund or withdrawal, or meet legal obligations, then deleted as part of our periodic data review. Verdict-email delivery records are retained according to the settings and policies of the email provider.

Recipients and transfers

Data is shared only with the processors named above (Netlify, Stripe, Resend and Google Fonts), which may process data in the United States under recognised transfer safeguards. We never sell or rent personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, via the contact form. You can also complain to your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL). To clear quiz data, simply delete this site's data in your browser settings.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookies. Local storage holds your quiz answers and, after payment, the Stripe Checkout session identifier used to re-verify access to the same purchased report. Local storage alone cannot unlock a report. Stripe may set strictly necessary cookies on its checkout pages.
